The ECU Exchange Out Program will allow you to study overseas for one semester or an entire academic year while gaining credit towards your ECU degree. You will remain enrolled at ECU while studying overseas and will pay your HECS, deferred HECS or ECU fees to ECU as usual. All units/subjects studied will be credited towards your ECU degree.

The Faculty Office coordinated successful Student Ambassador Programs to China in 2006 and 2007. ECU Student Ambassador Programs offer a wonderful opportunity for current students to experience various cultures, industry tours and university life in other parts of the world in a guided environment.
The Ambassador Programs may be specific to a particular School and discipline or may be offered over a broader area of study.

The forthcoming Student Ambassador Program to China is open for all currently enrolled 2nd and 3rd year and Postgraduate students from the Faculty of Computing, Health and Science and the Faculty of Business and Law. The program will be conducted in conjunction with the Shanghai University of Electric Power (SUEP) and Tsinghua University, and will be for approximately 2 weeks in duration. Students will visit relevant departments at SUEP and Tsinghua University and other organizations, attend classes and network with potential future employers and students, as well as the opportunity to sightsee the many wonders that China has to offer.
